Purpose: ontracting technical assistance services, Manager, Traffic Monitoring Center

Mission description: Mission description: Within the Chisinau City Administration, a Traffic Monitoring Center (CMT) will be developed and implemented, as well as other public transport management tools. The manager of the Traffic Monitoring Center will provide the necessary support to create the CMT; will supervise the team's activity; will monitor and evaluate the performance of the traffic light system; will cooperate with Î.M. Lumteh electrical lighting networks; will analyze the data and trends of the transport flow, etc.

Clarification period: July 01 - July 11,2022

Tender submision period: July 11 - July 22, 2022.

The evaluation criterion for contract award: best price – quality ratio
