Mission description: The consultant will provide high quality technical assistance in the preparation and conduct of procurement and logistics procedures / activities in accordance with EU practical guidance and relevant national legislation.

Tender submision period: July 11 - July 22, 2022.

The evaluation criterion for contract award: est quality - price ratio
