Notice of participation regarding the contracting of technical assistance services - Project Assistant

Chisinau City Administration launched the tender for the purchase of technical assistance services - Project Assistant within the "MOVE IT like Lublin" Project. 

Procurement procedure: Open tender 

Mission description: Assisting in the organization and implementation of the Project's activities and the development of progress reports. Ensuring support for effective communication between all interested parties (EU Delegation, Chisinau City Administration, Lublin City Administration, EU Commission, other relevant national authorities from the Republic of Moldova). Providing support and organizing the operation of the Project's management structures, ensuring the visibility of its activities. 

Clarification period: 17 august 2022 – 27 august 2022. 

Tender submision period: August 27, 2022 – September 5, 2022. 

Evaluation criteria applied for the award of the contract: best quality -price ratio.
